Trevor and Kaylen met when they were both students at the University of Minnesota through the Ski and Snowboarding Club, and became official shortly after graduation in the summer of 2020.

Over the next few years, Kaylen and Trevor enjoyed many memorable moments together as they started their young adult lives. From their first camping trip together at Governor Knowles State Forest, to their trip to Indonesia, Kaylen and Trevor have created countless memories all over the world.

In May 2024, Trevor got down on one knee and proposed to Kaylen in a quiet and private moment between the two, at a favored park of their first few dates, Honeywell Hill. (Fun Fact: Trevor tried to propose at Como Conservatory but due to the popularity of the Corpse Flower at the time, he was unable to!)

Kaylen and Trevor have continued to grow their journey together, most recently by buying a house together in August 2024 where they live with their two cats, Dande and Raptor.

Como Conservatory is a special place to both Kaylen and Trevor, from their own individual reflective moments to many dates that have occured there, they are excited that their special day will incorporate their love story once again in a beautiful location.
